Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the nk222 platform and all services offered on it. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

• Accounts are personal — allowing a third party to use your account is not permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

Account Security

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to successfully complete a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = total ৳20,000 in bets required before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may claim each promotion only once.
• Winnings made with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are complete.
• nk222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on nk222 are operated on a fair play basis. Outcomes across slot games, live casino, and betting are determined impartially. Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting software errors is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Any attempt to place a bet outside the set limits will be automatically rejected by the system.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, we will attempt to refund the applicable bet amount. However, nk222 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nk222 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Our Rights

nk222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases involving the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.

8.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. In that case:

• You must notify the support team of your account closure request.
• You may withdraw all valid balances (subject to wagering requirements being met).
• You may use the self-exclusion feature as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Funds in Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Whether the original deposit amount is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Limitation of Liability

nk222 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or the user's own device.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses during unplanned server maintenance or emergency service downtime.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or disclosure of login credentials.
• Any financial loss related to gaming — gaming carries risk and is entirely the user's own responsibility.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the applicable transaction in any case. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis; no guarantee is given regarding the continuous availability of the service.
